Shipments and Returns Posting and Packaging

Please allow 7 working days for all orders once payment has been accepted. Orders are dispatched via First Class post (UK) or Airmail (outside UK) dependent on stock levels.

However, for all 'made-to-order' items, we will contact you upon purchase to arrange a delivery time.

Standard Delivery £3.95 Per order to mainland UK, For Northern Ireland , Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and isle of Wight please add an additional £2.95. All other destinations please call 02081 232245.

If items are required sooner please feel free to contact us and we will consider using alternative delivery methods. In these circumstances, any additional costs will be borne by the purchaser.

In the unlikely event that there will be a delay we will inform you via email or telephone, within 48 hours of placing your order. We will send you an email or phone you if no email address is provided when have dispatched your item.

Delivery insurance

If orders do not arrive or are delivered faulty, our items are insured and will be replaced.

Shipping fees include handling and packaging fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Beach Chic Returns policy

Here at Beach Chic we are confident that you will be delighted with the items you have purchased, however if you are not entirely satisfied with a product, please notify us within 5 working days of receiving your order.

We can arrange for you to return the goods to us at the address stated below. As long as the goods are unused and in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days we will be happy to give a refund or an exchange on the item purchased.

Faulty Goods

In the event of products being faulty, Beach Chic will cover the relevant costs for postage, in order for   you to return the items to us. NOTE please contact us immediately on receipt of faulty goods. Beach Chic cannot be held responsible for returns that do not reach us, so it is advisable to send the item with an insured service and to retain proof of postage.
Please make sure you read the care labels either on the product or on the product tag as refunds will not be given to products that have been damaged through misuse

Beach Chic will only refund return posting and packaging charges if the products are faulty. If there are any other queries regarding your order, not covered above please contact us within 14 days of your items being delivered.
